Gabriella Pinho

Dr. Gabriella Pinho is a board certified OB/GYN and fellowship-trained minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon with expertise in laparoscopic and robotic surgery for advanced gynecologic conditions. She is dedicated to delivering safe, modern surgical care using techniques that minimize recovery time, reduce postoperative discomfort, and help patients return more quickly to their daily lives.

Dr. Pinho earned her medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and brings years of clinical experience to her practice. She completed her residency and fellowship training at leading academic medical centers, where she developed a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based care. As a graduate of an AAGL-accredited fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, she offers advanced, individualized treatment options and is highly skilled in minimally invasive techniques that promote faster recovery and improved outcomes.

In addition to her surgical expertise, Dr. Pinho provides comprehensive general gynecologic care, including annual well-woman exams, preventive screenings, and management of routine gynecologic conditions. Her practice spans the full spectrum of gynecology, with a particular focus on conditions such as uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, endometriosis, and chronic pelvic pain. She is committed to empowering women through education and informed decision-making while improving quality of life through personalized, expert care.
Outside of the office and the OR, Dr. Pinho enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. She loves to travel, enjoys good food, outdoor activities and sports, and a good book.
